Membership in the North Texas Council of Clubs is open to any club, non-profit, commercial business or person residing in North Texas who supports our mission. There are 3 different types of membership offered and each type offers different benefits.
Organization Membership (click HERE for form)
An Organization Membership is open to any any established LGBTQIA+ group or sub-group (such as leather, bear, cowboy/rodeo or other fetish), organization, association, court, or club that is in agreement with the North Texas Council of Clubs Statement of Purpose.
Member Organizations must have formally established bylaws, duly elected officers, been in formal operation for a minimum of one year and consist of no less than 5 members at the time of application or a minimum of two years if there are less than 5 members.
Independent Membership (click HERE for form)
An Independent Membership is open to any person who is not considered an active/full member of a current North Texas Council of Clubs Member Organization, who is in good standing with the community, and is in agreement with the North Texas Council of Clubs Bylaws.
Independent membership does not include voting rights.
Commercial/Non-Profit Membership (Click HERE for form)
A Commercial/Non-Profit Membership is extended to an organization that meets one of the following criteria: any licensed trade, occupation, profession, or other commercial activity, established for profit, which has been in formal operation a minimum of six (6) months, whose business philosophy is in agreement with and supportive of the North Texas Council of Clubs Statement of Purpose

Any established entity which is a nonprofit corporation, nonprofit association, or other entity that is organized solely for one or more of the purposes specified by Section 2.002 of the Texas Business Operational Code, and whose philosophy is in agreement with and supportive of the North Texas Council of Clubs Statement of Purpose
Any organization or individual interested in membership in the North Texas Council of Clubs should complete the appropriate application form and submit it to the Vice Chair before or at any of our quarterly meetings. Your application will then be presented at the quarterly meeting, and will be voted on at the next quarterly meeting. For more details, please consult the NTXCC Bylaws.
